Older Rockpool Dining Group and dual-branded Hunter St. Hospitality and Pacific Concepts cards can still be redeemed at our venues if they are still valid.

We require a credit card guarantee to secure a booking. However, we can reimburse the credit card security payment for gift card payment at the time of dining/paying.
Digital cards are emailed to you straight away.
Physical Gift Cards only available for purchase in a venue.
All gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions
Gift cards shall be treated like cash. Lost cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. This gift card is redeemable for food and beverages at all our dine-in restaurants or bars. Not redeemable for cash. Expiry of this gift card is three years after the purchase date and can only be redeemed before the expiry date. Cash, credit, or any type of refund will not be given for any unused balance. This gift card can be partially redeemed at different restaurants and bars. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.
