Australia's Most Elegant &
Sophisticated Italian Restaurant

Rosetta is one of Australia’s most elegant and sophisticated Italian restaurants, which combines an impressive Iain Halliday-designed dining room with professional and authentic service and a seasonally driven menu of exquisite regional recipes.

Rosetta Ristorante radiates Italian charm from its elegant abode at Melbourne’s Crown Complex.

Arguably one of Australia’s most opulent dining rooms, the ambience is theatrical and charming, draped in velvet upholstery, crystal chandeliers, rich marble, damask cloths and ruched curtains.

Sophisticated. Elegant. Exquisite.

Food

Rosetta upholds a commitment to Australia’s highest-quality, sustainable and most pristine produce, as such the flavours are pure, the culinary execution uncompromised, and the dining experience first-class.

The decadence extends to the menu, which is heavy with rich, meaty dishes such as wood-roasted porchetta and Tuscan bistecca, pasta and gnocchi hand-formed on site, and sensational seafood dishes. Desserts are a delightful flourish of hand-made gracefulness.

Wine & Drinks

Rosetta is about the wine as much as it is about the food. The wine list is an exploration of the regions of Italy showcasing the classics and some of the more diverse. Home grown Italian varietals feature throughout with many local favourites rounding out the selection.

The drinks list also includes aperitivos, digestivos, a bitters section with variations of Negroni, classic Italian and local beers, and an extensive collection of gin, whisky, grappa, brandy and rum

Private Dining

Enjoy a private dining experience with an extraordinary vista of Melbourne’s skyline overlooking the Yarra River or in the elegant Rosetta Room, with its modern Warhol-inspired mural of Da Vinci’s The Last Supper.
